Would reccomend as a fun outing while being on texel. We had a reduced tour, because they were renovating. But even the reduced tour was worth it ( with a reduced ticket price). A small fun looking hall where a beer meister will tell you the story of the brewery, history and what they do currently behind the scenes. After the tour a little tasting with three beers. He asked if there were people who don't drink alcohol. Those people got 0.0 texels skuumkoppe, which was great because 5 in our group didn't drink alcohol. After the tour and tasting you have time to drink in their pub and buy the beers (and some snacks, quite expensive i add). And their is a cute little shop with alot of merchandising. Really reccomend!

We went on saturday early noon and it was pretty peaceful and quiet. Very much enjoyed our stay there. Beers were very tasty and service was chatty and friendly

Do not go to the brewery tour! You will spend 45 minutes sitting in a chair listening about beers. In the end you get 3 dl beer and a free glass. Their beer is really good so spend your money on that instead of the “experience”

Came for a drink after a long day of cycling. Beer tasting platter for €6. Borrel plank of cheese and meat was tasty. Outdoor seating was very spacious. It was a pretty cold evening and they had some blankets available for the guests.

Visited for a degustation set. That was awkward. Tiny shop with high prices, not-friendly staff. There are no food, only beer and Pringles. Still quite cold outside, but the smell inside was bad and stuffy. So, we just took one sample set and left the place. Maybe, tour inside worth to visit, but there are much more welcome places if you only want to try beer.

Tours are in Dutch only, the brewery does not offer tours in English at the moment. The website in English fails to give this important information, which we flagged to the team during our visit. The brewery part is currently closed. The entire tour is spent sitting on a chair, it’s al about verbal explanations so you want to make sure you get it in the right language - we found out the hard way. Beer is very tasty, nice outdoor area for beer tasting.
